As Superintendent for Project Developers, Alex is responsible for coordinating activities of subs and vendors and following job schedules provided by the Project Manager. He also schedules and assigns labor on jobs in coordination with the PM.

In addition, Alex conducts weekly safety meetings on job site and provides daily status reports to PM. As Superintendent, he also acts as onsite liaison with customer and manages expenses within budget as provided by the PM.

Alex's responsibilities also include identifying job-related problems, providing solutions, and communicating them to the PM plus managing close-out and punch list items. Alex schedules deliveries of supplies, etc., to avoid delays on the job and coordinates change order requests from customers or from subs with PM for approval.

It is also Alex's duty to assure all laborers and subs follow PDI Safety and Health Plan provisions and to assure that the job site is left clean daily.
