Security Clearances

Project Developers, Inc. has been granted a current Top Secret facility clearance with Secret safeguarding capability in accordance with National Industrial Security Operating Manual (NISPOM) DOD 5220.22-M.

Key management personnel hold Top Secret Security Clearances with current SSBI and are approved for access to SAP materials in support of government-sponsored construction projects. Project Developers, Inc. maintains a staff of Top Secret-cleared construction supervisors and technicians with current SSBI available to travel to specified sites in support of these projects.

SSBI for Project Developers, Inc. key and other personnel are current, with most Periodic Reinvestigations coming due in 2003 –2004. Periodic Reinvestigations are requested from DSS at least six months in advance of their anniversary date to minimize delay in processing. A Top Secret clearance with current SSBI is required prior to employment by Project Developers, Inc. for many construction projects.
