Ownership & Management

The owners, Linda O. Carducci and Dominick Carducci bring an extensive experience in the secure construction industry. They started PDI Testing & Design as a division of Project Developers, Inc. to provide the next level service to the PDI customer base.

Since 1989, they have successfully operated Project Developers, Inc. as well as other successful ventures. Prior to 1989, Linda O. Carducci held increasingly responsible positions in the banking and real estate industries. Dominick Carducci has been in the security and intelligence field all his adult life including 20 years in the Navy, extensive experience in construction and security with government contractors, and owner operator of several security construction business.

As CEO of Project Developers, Inc. and the PDI Testing & Design Division, Ms. Carducci’s responsibilities include full charge operation of the day-to-day activities of the company which includes administrative, financial, and development activities.

As President of Project Developers, Inc. and the PDI Testing & Design Division, Mr. Carducci’s main focus is marketing and opportunity identification. Mr. Carducci has been visible in highly responsible positions in the security design and construction business for over 50 years. He is expert in the field and has participated on the DCID 1/21 and 6/9 review boards. His other business activities include transportation and medical imaging company ownership.

Both principals hold Top Secret clearances.
